Competitive

Basketball

PNW Ignite teams are built for athletes who want to compete in a structured, team-first environment. Our program emphasizes preparation, accountability, and execution, providing players with meaningful competitive experiences against strong opponents. Being part of an Ignite team means committing to high standards, embracing challenge, and contributing to team success.

Team Structure

Ignite teams compete in tournaments and games selected to challenge players and support growth. Competition is used as a teaching tool—helping athletes develop composure, adaptability, and confidence in live situations. Players are expected to apply training concepts, execute team principles, and respond to pressure with discipline.

Ignite teams practice multiple times per week and compete in seasonal tournament play. Each team is coached consistently throughout the season, with an emphasis on continuity, clear roles, and intentional development.

Participation requires commitment to:

  • Regular practices

  • Tournaments and scheduled events

  • Team standards and expectations

  • Coachability and effort

  • Team-first decision-making

  • Respect for teammates, coaches, and the game
